Help identify this rocket

I have this rocket that I found in my basement. It's my brother's rocket, but he doesn't remember what it's called.
It's a 4 inch cardboard rocket with a 29mm MMT. I think it's a Madcow kit. Oh, and the fins are 1/4 inch thick plywood.


I had thought it was a Batray, but it doesn't have the holes in the fins.

The main reason why I want to know what this rocket is, is becuase I want to know how high it will go on some motors I have.
