You’re asking the wrong questions in the wrong place. It’s obvious you don’t have the prerequisite knowledge or experience to make Motors. That’s okay, many of us don’t, but asking these questions on this forum is not the way to start.

The “power” of propellant is called specific impulse, which is expressed as pound-seconds per pound of weight or Newton-seconds per Newton of weight. It’s simplified to the unit “seconds”.
Tripoli Rocketry Association (www.tripoli.org) embraces research into propellants, but limits that activity to folks who are 18 or above and at least Level 2 certified. However a good way to become acquainted even at your age would be to find a mentor and join the Tripoli Mentoring Program. Details can be found on the Tripoli website.
