Better late than never. It was a gorgeous day at the Ranch on February 3rd. It was very well attended, I think someone said they counted 143 cars. We stayed later than usual, and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset.

I launched two that day. The first was the maiden flight of Bomber Betty. 7' tall, 11 lbs on the pad. The motor was a J350 White Lightning. I set the Chute Release for 500'. Beautiful flight!

The second of mine was Five Times A Fool. I tried to fly it at a previous launch, but couldn't get the H210 Redline to light. So this time I scraped the inside of the top grain and used a different initiator. Lit right up! The camera settings were wrong, so this is the only launch photo Hanna got. The Chute Release was set at 400', I believe.
