Did you ever get a file? Do you happen to have one for the 54mm? I'm looking for one too.
Since google has this cached and it is the second result when searching for this file, I'll upload it here for future reference. I weighed and measured everything from my kit and created this file. The overridden weights reflect my build, as do the position of the fins. This should get you close but will not be exact for your build.
