Most of us have seen video of the huge Girandola fireworks being launched in Thailand.
I recently came across a video of this launch ("The first in Europe" according to its makers):

It looks like this could be done in accordance with Tripoli (maybe even NAR) regulations. It has a parachute and overall doesn't seem more dangerous than other clustered flights.
Has anyone done this? It seems like several long burn MPR or HPR motors in one of these could make for a very interesting flight profile!
