You didn't ask about crashes, CATOs and losses. Those seem like a significant event impacting a fleet. (Or maybe I should say "Impacting the planet/pocketbook".

Thank you for participating. And thanks to the 10 people (so far) who did respond that is about 2x than I was expecting! Re losses, I thought about it, but wasn't directly interested. I have some thoughts about losses in HPR, that may be interesting to look at. The free version of surveymonkey limits you to 10 questions. Though I could have ditched the last one or one of the early ones.... IDK, i'm not a pro at this...

While I have somewhere around 20 (maybe) rockets ready to fly and a few more not quite finished. Only five are dedicated HPR birds, so that is the data I contributed.
