All the previews for this book suggest it is wonderful. I am trying so hard not to order it. I just know if I get it, I'll jump into HPR too early. I really want to hone my skills in LPR/MPR first so I can better appreciate my HPR experience more.

Do you have his other book (Make:Rockets)? It's equally good with great photos and descriptions of LPR/MPR techniques.

Yep! Got it last week. It is helping me re-learn a lot of stuff I forgot in my three-year hiatus from the hobby.
I cant praise the almost-excessive number of photographs enough.
