MISSION VIEJO, Calif. —*SpaceX's launch of a Falcon 9 rocket Friday night (Dec. 22) was by all accounts a dazzling sight (and for some, an unsettling one) in the night sky and the photos are simply spectacular.

I definitely don't miss the OC traffic, that's for sure.

I was impressed the guy recognized it was a rocket, I saw another video uploaded by some people in LA and they were saying "Is that a UFO?"

The commentary by the driver was pretty funny too, "I am paying attention to my driving..."

Wonder if the lawyer for the car that caused the wreck is going to try to blame Elon Musk...

No, cars kill more people annually than rockets, therefore, are more dangerous so they should be banned. [emoji3]

Accident around 1:14 (my bet on the cause would be texting about the mysterious thing in the sky); driving nag at 1:49; "a car is broken" (LOL) at 2:07.

I think it is cool that their dash cam shows how fast they were driving.

Not everyday you get to see a SpaceX launch and a car accident without getting up from your computer.

The little kid yelling a car is "broken" is priceless.
