OK I was given the fin span of a rocket
To get the span of just 1 fin I would

subtract airframe diameter from fin span

the rocket has 4 fins so after diameter is subtracted from fin span I
then take the result and divide by 2, The result is the span of just 1 fin ?

correct ?

Bobby

Fin span is measured tip to tip---half span is 1/2 that or center line to tip-- fin length is tip of fin to BT--H
