In version 7.1.8 of Google Earth (GE), Google removed the API, which means other apps/programs cannot interact with GE. But, according to GooPs Technologies, there is a workaround. Have a look-see at Goops' fix (Here).

They're very possessive of their data though they like to steal our patterns of viewing and movement for free!
