L3 Build 4”,5” or 6”

My question is: why do you want to certify L3? If your goal is to launch smaller rockets really high, than go 4". If your goal is to be able to be able to launch really big rockets, then go 7.5" or 8". If your goal is to just get the cert as inexpensively as possible, then go 4". However, keep in mind that if you go 4" and lose the rocket do to drifting out of the waiver recovery area, no cert, and now you have to build another rocket.

Well.... I did mine on a 10" diameter so I guess I would have to go with 6" here. Low and slow is great for cert.
