B-21 to be OPTIONALLY manned

I read it, but I'm still unsure whether "optionally manned" will mean "remotely piloted" or if it is intended to be fully autonomous.... or both.
 
Speaking of Optionally Manned, I believe a self driving bus just got hit in Vegas!

An unmanned nuclear stealth bomber reminds me of that Pluto/Vaught-SLAM project from the cold war.
