Upon ignition the ceramic nozzle blew out and the ejection charge fired too. IMG_4988.jpgIMG_4986.jpgIMG_4976.jpg
 
Contact Estes customer service and tell them what happened, include the pictures you posted above in the email looks like you have a good warranty claim, if so the will replace the motors, and if it was a Estes kit and was damaged (as long as its currently produced) they will usually replace that as well. Also file a MESS report at Motorcato.org ( iirc the url correctly).
