The satellite transmits "standard" 9600 baud packet radio signal -- G3RUH modulation, 9600 bits per second, bit scrambled, NRZI, HDLC with zero bit stuffing, AX.25 packets
At the moment live packet QSO's only; no voice, no store and forward
