Worked up three Mini Maxes in 2X Apple Red, Real Orange, and Oasis Blue. Two more decals left, and Gloss Coat, then I can hang 'em. What a fantastic kit, and I love it as the decals lay down like paint. And, Jeeze-0-Pete, am I fond of the Oasis Blue.

I like the different colors, especially the orange.
Orange was the (sort of) suggested color on the original Red Max.
Why paint a model named the Red Max orange? But, in the end it's always your choice.

It could have been orange in the first Citation catalog. Sometimes dark oranges will print closer to a red.
 
Those all look fantastic. I keep toying with the idea of doing a blue one and this doesn't make it any easier for me to not...
