Sold IQSY Tomahawk colored fiberglass 1/3 scale 54mm

I am selling my Madcow Rocketry/Rocketry Warehouse 1/3 scale IQSY Tomahawk. All fiberglass colored tubing. Currently in Single Deploy form. Can be changed to dual deploy. Comes with Kevlar Bridle. Flown 3 times. Need the space for other projects. Comes with a 54mm Aeropack motor retainer. Has threaded rod from metal tip to coupler lid on the other end of nosecone coupler. Its a little dirty.

I know this is an old yard sale item, but do you happen to know on the nosecone, was the black part just painted or was it a 3" piece of black fiberglass airframe? thank you

The black band is a section of fiberglass airframe.
