For a great aerodynamics text try this one: Fundamentals of Aerodynamics, by Anderson

There is also this one: Missile Aerodynamics, by Nielsen
Goes into all the areas of aerodynamics of missiles, but you might not get as much from it as the first suggestion.
Have a search for the relevant pdf files using Google. You might be surprised :wink:
Between the first reference and some googling of things like double-diamond fins you should get some of the way to what you need.
