Someone know for sure if this plastic is heat resistant, I'm afraid it will become brittle with time if use with AT 24mm reloadable casing, and it's pretty much closed, so it take time to cool.

You can use the plastic Estes Motor adapters over and over again. The Orange paper Spacer that comes in the package should fit on top of that RMS case, so please use it

It's not relevant, they are single use with plastic casing.

They also get quite hot. There is a certification limit to heat that they can put out regardless so the difference is negligible. I wouldn't worry about it.

Not that John needs me to back him up, but I regularly use the plastic Estes Motor Adapter with E18's and F39's in the Aerotech 24/40.

Works great! Go ahead and put one up there.
