Yeah Steve,,
the Slimline,,
Those are the retainers I have on the rocket I do the airstarts with,,
"Europa Express",, it's a 3" airframe with a 54 central and 2-- 38 outboards..
I used the slimlines so I could get the outboards closer in to the central...

So there Adrian,, lol...
You thought I was nuts,, lol..

Teddy

The GL Slimline Retainer serves as a perfect example of a design that could easily be assembled incorrectly in accordance with the original Murphy's Law, "If it can be done wrong, it will."

I've met you Teddy... I KNOW you're nuts... :neener: :horse:

hahahahahahaha,,
No way man,,,
Come on Adrian...
That's too funny...
We were talking about 2 different retainers ,,
I'm going--- why is everybody nuts,, they don't get it,, it's not that complicated..
And they're thinking about a different retainer,, until Steve S brought it out..

Too funny man..

That is why I asked if he meant he had glued the cap on or that the body was backward. The only way to fill the threads on an Areopack is to glue the cap on the tube.....
