Just a grammar note: in this sentense, who is the grammatically correct way of saying it. You can remember by trying out the question; if you can answer it with a he better than him, (Ex. He is running the...) then who is correct, if him is better than he, (Ex. Send it to him) then whom can be used. Unless it's much more appropriate to (possibly) use whom, I usually avoid the issue as "who" is grammatically correct for both.
