How to enter the contest described in video above is found at the link below. Actually, how to register with Guinness for any record attempt. This is a contest which began in the summer of 2015, but it may still be open since the page doesn't mention that it has ended. The full-scale Boodhound SSC still hasn't made its record attempt to date and I don't know if the call for rocket powered model car records will end after it does. I doubt it since Guinness is always open for new records and this category has now been officially created.:
