Nice. Did you use shear pins on the booster/interstage? I'm assuming you used motor eject for the booster chute...
Yes, 2 shear pins on booster to ISC. I used a PET2+ timer for booster recovery with motor eject as bakup.

Not about weight. All objects decelerate at the same rate in a gravitational field. The difference is the drag.
In a vacuum a feather will decelerate at the same rate as a brick under gravity.
