Anyone used this stuff? It seems highly reviewed.

Dave E at Always Ready recommended Cabot, but shipping's expensive and I'm 90 minutes from Lowes or HD.... Also a lot of the reviews for Cabot report gummy sandpaper.
(Theoretically the Ace in town might be able to get it? But the last time I dealt with a hw store special-ordering something, it ended badly)
Scratch that. Found an Amazon seller that has the Cabot for cheap. Here we go!
