There have been some reports in the news about hijacked cell phones. In effect, taking over your cell phone to take control on all domains and social media.

in light of this, at Sunward we have made some changes:
-a PIN has been added to our cell phone accounts (Bell Mobility)
-replacement SIM cards can only be sent to our address on file
-on domains registrars, we use 2 Step Authentication where possible
-email contact email addresses for domains are not accessible on our cell phones
and common sense:
-we will continue to use strong passwords
-passwords are different for different sites
-we write our passwords down in a binder
And of course, we back up our data.
