2.Aerodynamics -Nnly the engine must point to the center of gravity of the rocket.
3.Recovery system.
If the rocket is good enough it will become an artificial satellite of the moon.
So recovery system should include engine to put rocket down from orbit approximately where it is flown, Onboard camera will shoot at least an entire circumference of the moon
P.S. This of course is the first level. Recruits will shoot for a start of 15-20 km altitude
P.P.S. Mars? Many want to go there. Far cold, no air to breathe and also has canyons perfect place to lose your rocket. Moon, the Moon is heaven for amateur rocketry
