The nose cone on my Qmodeling Stiletto has a slight bow at the last few inches of the tip. Does anyone know of a way to straighten it? The nose cone is painted so would prefer not to do anything that would require the nose cone to be repainted.

Best regards,
Brian

Really, how do expect to really fix it without removing paint and getting to the foundation of the problem?

A few secs on Google and I read people saying you can bend resin with boiling water, a heat gun and a hair dryer. The heat gun is more likely to destroy the paint, so you may want to try the other two first. No guarantee that the paint won't get messed up though. YMMV and good luck! :)

I thought about hanging a small weight off the tip of the nose cone with the high side up. I wasn't sure if it would gradually straighten out over a week or so.

Best regards,
Brian
