I could think of several ways design and manufacture it. The performance requirements would determine the best manufacturing method. What kind of thing were you thinking of?

Great concept. Personally I like: #2, then #3 and finally #1; but any would be striking at a launch.

All three look awesome. Number one would make a great pencil upscale.
 
I may have to look into making some of these, possible with some hex for 3 fins...
