TARC Rules for 2017?

Unfortunately, my students didn't make it to the finals this year, although we were very glad to see a local team won. Can anyone who was at finals post up the thumbnail rules for next year?

A quick read shows one egg, two different diameters for the booster and payload, two separate recovery systems, F-impulse max, 41-43 seconds for zero score and 775-foot altitude for qualifying. It was a quick read so I may have glossed over something or misquoted but that's seems to be the gist of it. Let me know if I misstated something and I'll edit it.

One new requirement is that the rocket must be finished in some fashion. No more flying naked.
