I made this pepper mill for my wife last year. I turn nose cones, but never thought of doing a rocket pepper mill.

I buy salt and pepper shakers at the dollar store in the twofer set. I ain't paying $70.

Although I suppose I could see using some scrap leftover parts to make a set of my own.
 
I like them. I'm not sure about the wife, but if it was just me I would probably get me a set!

Thanks Ted. These were challenging, but fun. The different woods made the drilling difficult. I have some pretty expensive Forstber bits but they wanted to wander a little.
