A small update

My wife is coming home from the rehab center on Thursday, April 7th.

The plan is for us to do as much as possible together. We only have one outing planned so far. One of my best friend's father has a band who is playing at a local bar on the 30th. Our kind of music. Rush, Journey, stuff like that. She'll love it.

After that, a few weekends away from everybody. OK, if we weren't married, I'd say we were shacking up for the weekend, but...

Currently, the doctors are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to celebrate Christmas this year together.

Bob , although I don't believe we have ever met it is hard to fathom what you must be going thru . No moment is ever guaranteed for any of us but none can ever be prepared for news like this . I wish you peace , Jim

What part of the country to you live in Bob?
Here in Lower MI we are getting snow for the 2nd day in a row.
Not that uncommon here, but I hope your time spent with your wife brings the nicest of days.
