Hi,

A friend asked me this:

"Hello Rick. Do you know of a way to turn off the feature in rocksim that causes a rocket to explode in the simulation? I haven't bought the pro version of the software and the rocket falls apart at Mach 4.1
This is at the 6 second mark. "

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

You'd probably be better off moving to RASAero II when dealing with those velocities.

He just found out, if you buy the pro edition, you can go to Mach 10 and a virtual unlimited ceiling.
With the standard edition, you are limited on the materials and velocity.

Thanks for the input.

After talking with the Apogee people he also found out:

"The standard edition of rocksim is good to Mach 2 and the altitude is 282k. After Mach 2, things come apart."
