I've got some odd bits of Plexiglass and got to wondering, at what temperature does it get pliable? was thinking of a 'camera window' in a payload bay sort of thing, it would be nice if one could form it to the inside of say bt-70 or larger tube. thanks

A heat lamp will do the trick and safer than an oven ,not to mention the possible discoloration you might get. +1 On what sooner said about the optics !

Heat gun is what I use. Lay your glass on the airframe and heat until pliable then form. Then cut to size. Use a coupler inside the tube for rigidity if tube is wimpy estes stuff. .083ish thickness is light, strong, and takes little heat to form.
