Hi,
I like Vmax the most and then Warp 9.
How about you?

(This is also a poll for my next upcoming rocket so it is actually slightly important)

Purely depends on thrust profile needed for a given rocket.
To just lift it majestically or send it bullet like to the moon.

White Thunder
V-max

I'm a fan of all motors Loki, Spitfire would be my fav, However I like smokies the best, the one motor Loki does not make.

TA

I'll take that free M... that would be my favorite motor.

Smokes and Sparkies. Effects..

I'm liking the Loki Cocktail right now, but that may just be because it's new. I've also got a -thing- for Mojave Green

White Thunder, Blue Streak, and CTI White. The I540 is an absolute favorite of mine, as is the K360 White. Cstar is awesome as well, but I haven't had a chance to fly it yet.

Vmax and W9 are very cool motors as well...

I'm not sure that it's a type of propellant per say...but I prefer long burns of any propellant. It's hard watching a couple hundred bucks burn in under half a second. With long burns I feel like I get more "value"? for the money.

The CTI J1520 VMAX is one I have used multiple times. But I never met a propellant I didn't like.

One thing about my own preferences in propellants is burn time.....I just love long burning motors! Short/hard/fast?............meh.

As regards to color/smoke:

I like lots of thick tracking smoke for one thing.
Yes, it's "vanilla" I know, but I generally like "white" motors....White Thunder, White Lightning, Loki White, etc. CTI Classic is sweet too.
I do have a fondness for red flames, with CTI's being my favorite.
Greens are cool sometimes, with AT Mojave being tops.

Blues generally don't do much for me.
BlackJack & Smoky Sam are alright, but not what I reach for first.
I was really excited about MellowYellow at first, but less than thrilled in reality.
VMax and such....again, generally not my thing (except when done as a long-burn end-burn configuration such as in some Warp9 motors)

But what about sparkies? I love 'em, I really do.
CTI Skidmark is way cool, AT Metalstorm and Dark Matter are great, Loki Spitfire is spectacular, and Gorilla BlackLight is awesome.
I only fly sparkies on dry lake beds with NO vegetation around. But I do so every chance I get.

These are some of THE coolest motors/flights I've flown, my favorites:
Loki K250/350 White (moonburner)
Loki K690 Spitfire
Gorilla J450 BlackLight
Gorilla K222 WhiteCloud
AT I327 Dark Matter
CTI I100 Red (longburn)
CTI I65 C-Star
CTI J145 Skidmark (longburn)
Loki H144 White
AT I211 White Lightning
CTI H255 White Thunder
CTI H123 Skidmark
AT H128 White Lightning
CTI G54 Red (longburn)
CTI G80 Skidmark
AT G76 Mojave Green
AT G54 White Lightning
CTI F30 White (longburn)
AT F40 White Lightning
AT E18 White Lightning
Estes C-6 and D-12!

but that's just me,

I have to go with White Lightning. I also love the sparky motors, but, the day by day ban/not banned keeps me from stocking up on any.

That's my point of view. White Lightning is a nice ride too.

I think I am with CJ- it depends on what thrust profile I need for purpose at hand. That said I tend to like motors that hit a little harder without going to Warp 9/ Vmax sort of things.

Personal favorite these days is likely Mojave Green from AT.

Black Powder. :)

Also, Blue Thunder, in part because that is the most efficient widely-used composite propellant. But mainly, the propellant used in my favorite composites, the D3, D7, E6, F10, F13, and G12 endburners that are so nice for R/C Rocket Boosted Gliders. It's too bad there are not any HPR endburners, IIRC.
