Can I add external boosters in OpenRocket

I am goofing around trying to simulate a 3" airframe with two 1.125" diameter strap on boosters in OpenRocket and can't figure out how to add them to the main airframe...

How to do?
 
You can add them as internal motor tubes with a radial offset, but their aerodynamics will not be simulated.
