GoPro camera located too close to a full scale RM test. To capture the action this GoPro camera was placed only 25 feet from the nozzle.

So I shouldn't worry about setting mine up too close to an M motor as long as it is not used as the blast deflector. Got it.

I used my GP 2 to film Jim H's O motor tests . The camera was less then 10 feet away for 3 tests and no damage . Of course the camera came off my bike at over 120 , I mean 55 mph , and just scratched the case . Tough little buggers , these be .
