More than you need for rocketry payloads (usually), but still cool. I mention it here because this is where the electronics people hang out.

I have held off playing with these for too long. This thing is small enough for serious on board computing.

There is a really good comparison between the Pi Zero and the Chip ($9 computer discussed in another thread) it does a good job of not only comparing the two boards, but also gives an idea of what you'll actually spend on them to get them up and running. I've got a CHIP on the way; thanks for this link. I bought a CHIP with HDMI adaptor so I think it was like $25 (arrives next year). I also bought a Remix PC (~$55 out the door for 2GB RAM and 16 GB storage) and have it here on my desk now... a great little Android PC.
