I have two new Red and White PML Durachutes, one sealed in bag and the other I had to open the bag to get the size.

The other is either a homebrew, or an unmarked commercial chute. Either way the construction is top notch, and if it was ever flown I couldn't tell to inspect it. Since I can't tell who made it, I'll just list the specifics:
85" ripstop nylon
7" spill hole
Spill hole is reinforced by doubling the fabric over and double stitching (see pic)
16 - 100" inch lines (believe these are braided Kevlar)
each line is stitched ~17" into parachute, and are very secure (see pic)
11 3/4 oz Total Weight
