OpenRocket lists scaling oddly on screen?

Hello all,
I'm working on my first certification rocket in OpenRocket right now, but the lists are scrunched up oddly. It didn't do this on the desktop I started out on, but now that I'm on my laptop (3200x1800 4K resolution) it doing this with the lists-



Here its doing it with the motor selection, but it does that on every window with a list basically. Is there any settings that I can change to fix this?

With OR its always a good idea to update your version of Java, it may or may not fix the problem. Usually this is the first step I make and it fixes most issues, the other is if I have been working in OR for a while and it starts acting unusual, save>close>restart OR.
