From the NASA Wallops Island facility. Visible from eastern Virginia, Maryland, N.C. and Delaware.
The launch window is from 7 to 9 PM.
The flight will test a new construction technique and release strontium and barium vapor clouds which will glow.
I saw a similar flight several tears ago.
I'm on the western edge of the viewing area, but it is clear.
