Wanted 38mm Minimum Diamiter rocket

I am looking for that old 38mm min-diam project you never got around to building or finishing.
Ideally I would like to a glassed booster section and that's it. Even if it's been crashed, as long as there is at least 18" of booster section left. I don't want a 38mm rocket with a 29mm motor mount. I want 38mm min-diam. I might consider a 54mm airframe with a 38mm MM, as long as it's very light. Im looking for something very light as in High Altitude light. Let me know what you got.

I have a thick wall cardboard airframe and fiberglass fins ,all prebuilt and painted, booster that can hold a 38/1080 case.
