I've been flying HPR recently. Mostly HPR cased Gs and baby Hs. I've had a few rockets where the MMT seems to have constricted post flight. First flight the casings goes in without issue. By the second or third, the case feels very snug (but not hard) going in.
Is it possible that the higher power motors are generating enough heat to alter the MMT? If so, which would reduce it better? Remove the motor case ASAP after a flight? Or allow the case to cool inside the MMT before removing?
