Keep in mind that perfectflite altimeters measure in feet per second not miles an hour for velocity. I wasn't aware of that when I had my recordings downloaded. Assuming yours are like the 7 perfectflite strataloggers I have, your velocity was 681mph. This doesn't figure plotting on an excel sheet which gets you closer.
