I would just like to have the money required to put it in operating condition. I could do a whole lotta NAR approved stuff with that much scratch.

If the part number is correct (and it looks about right) this is actually a turboprop engine (without the prop obviously might still have the gearbox on the front). Better contact AMA, they could probably make use of it.
