High Power Nose Cones and Boat Tail Now Available from Sunward

We are please to have the following nose cones for high power builds:

• 38mm - VonKarman 5:1
• 54mm - VonKarman 4:1
• 2.6" - VonKarman 5:1

in both Black Fiberglass Filled Polycarbonate and Clear Polycarbonate.

Also now available is a 2.6inch Conical Boat Tail in Black Fiberglass Filled Polycarbonate.

How do the 2.6 inch boat tail and nose cone fit with a loc 2.6 or blue tube 2.6 inch tubes?

from my sources, the boat tail is 2.575 ID and 2.65 OD.


Loc is ID = 2.56" OD= 2.63" and Blue tube is ID 2.551" and OD 2.671"

so the boat tail may not be a good fit for the Loc and may need some building up of the tube for blue tube.

Best use may be thin wall fiberglass tubes.
