Resurrecting The Excalibur

The very first flight of Excalibur was on a HyperTEK J motor, as pictured earlier in this thread, when the rocket was painted all black. When and if I get this rocket done, it will more than likly fly on the Alpha I-250 hybrid. The lower asirframe is kinda short of anything much longer than this motor, so the fit seems right.

This is the tank, motor case, and bulkhead injector assembly of the Alpha system:

The reloads are kind of short, but from videos I have watched, they burn quite nice...

I love the instant on feature of the Alpha motors.
