This is a 27.5" carbon/ red kevlar tube I made awhile back. It weighs in at 156 grams.

Thank the Rocket Gods that's over! I can throw away the 3x5 index card doodle by the keyboard now. That was close! (like I really need another frickin' rocket, eh?)
Seriously Alex- that looked so cool, I considered laying up a matching fin can. Then the cold medicine wore off.....LOL!

Lol, I swear I would do a matching fin can if only that material wasn't $36 a yard 😲.

One day for sure though 😏.
 
Well guys considering that I have to help out with bills, its going to drain me on what I wanted to do and that is of course buy more composite materials.

This thread is alive again being that this piece, that is 21.75" long is going for sale. $28 is the mark for this one. Once more PM if interesed and paypal prefered.

Very nice tube. If it was 54mm or larger I would jump on it in a heartbeat!!!
