what is the best electric match to use with StratoLoggerCF Altimeter ?
links please

The ONLY ematch that is legal to use without a BATFE permit are MJGs Firewire initiators. I've tested them with the altimeters I have (GWiz, Marsa4, RRC2) and they work very well indeed.

People whine about the price (nearly a dollar a pop) but they are MADE legally, SHIPPED legally, and are legal to possess.

I do not think that all ematches are the same, there are serious quality differences and current requirements.
The cheapest ones made in china, have a quite low reliability.
If they do not even supply nofire and fire currents you should definitly stay away from them.
Sometime whole charges are bad, so for redundancy one should use one form a different company on the backup system.

Best are probably those who are made by companies who also make the ones for airbags.

I prefer sobbe, they are quite expensiv with 80cent per ematch compared to the china stuff.
But if you compare it to the price of your rocket they are worth the money.

Meta is also quite ok, and cheaper:

Luna tech Oxral matches have also a good reputation, but I never used them because there are hard to get:

Regarding the firewire, the thread about them does not sound like they are reliable:
