Stick to flying men into space! Ooops! They can't anymore. All those folks that worked at the manned space flight center went from working at McDonnell Douglas to working at McDonald's. So now NASA is counting ice cubes.

Face it, even if humans were to suddenly stop existing, the climate would still continue to change, because that's what climate does.
We have Climate, not Stasis. The world as we know it, and infact our very existence is the result of a climate that changes.
Ever hear of "Ice Ages"? They happen. Thusly, they un-happen, and then happen again. The fossil record proves this, and to deny it is like denying evolution.

Maybe we should have a week long launch from there before it goes. Now that would be a blast.
