Beautiful Atlas Launch!

Just saw the Atlas Launch for the space plane. It was awesome!
I was watching as it broke Mach 1 and you could see the Cone!
Too often you see launches that go into clouds or where the screen resolution is bad.
Todays was perfect!:grin:

True you could see the transition to Mach, and later see the payload shroud separate. I liked that they had the 808 cam view too. The Atlas V is cool looking, with that huge payload on it.

The video on Spaceflightnow.com begins about 30 seconds earlier in the count when they ask for the range status. The guy in the Range Operations Control Center sounds like the same guy for the SpaceX launches. He always replies "the ROCC is ready". Makes me chuckle very time.
