Hello Everybody,
This is my first Thread on the forum. I opened up a bin in my garage that was full of rockets that were laying on top of each other and collecting dust. I wanted to display them, but most of them had motor retainers, boat tails or just wouldn't balance right without leaning or falling over.
I was tinkering in the garage with some leftover bass wood and created a rocket display stand that resembles a mini launch pad. I'm making interchangeable wires of different lengths to give different stages of the rocket leaving the pad. I dyed a cotton ball orange and pulled it into a point and hid the wire to look like a flame coming out. I still have to paint the stand and put a small ladder on the personnel platform.
Do you display them on stands, hang them from the ceiling, lean then against a wall or box them up? Tell me what you think and share your ideas.
Thanks, Jerry
